Regular Priced Merchandise
Items returned within 30 of shipment date will receive a full refund (not including shipping cost)
Sale Merchandise (including promotional discounts)
Items returned within 30 days of the shipment date will receive an exchange
Final Sale Merchandise
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. Final sale items will be noted in the style description.
A Few Notes: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping - we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.
Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with tags attached. Please include your order number or original pack list. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed
Exchanges: We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.
